My husband was there for a three week stay in rehab, thank goodness. They probably gave good service because I let them know that we have a friend that is a Nursing Home Investigator. This has got ro be one of the worst facilities in San Antonio. The turnover of Department Heads is just as bad as the direct care staff. The Behavior unit houses over 1/2 of the entire census and they wander around half dressed and smellubg of urine and feces.
